Crafted using méthode traditionnelle and biodynamically-farmed fruit from our estate vineyards, Domaine Willamette sparkling wines spend years resting on their lees before our winemaker releases them for your enjoyment.
Fine bubbles elevate a classic sparkling bouquet of honeycomb, puff pastry and ripe golden apple. Fresh, bright flavors of ripe pear, green mango and sugared lemon deliver a complex palate. The elegant structure, round mouthfeel and balanced acidity combine for a graceful finish.

Enjoy with a celebratory toast or at the start of a meal. This wine is versatile enough for dessert pairings like lemon bars and fruit salad, delicate seafood dishes like fresh oysters or mussels over linguine, truffle popcorn and soft cheeses.
Named in honor of our Founder Jim Bernau, Bernau Estate Vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills and is home to our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine facility, which opened in 2022. The vines at Bernau Estate Vineyard are farmed using biodynamic techniques, first certified through Demeter in December 2023.
Biodynamic farming uses sustainable, holistic practices, including composting and the use of special preparations, to holistically promote the soil’s long-term health. It involves managing a farm utilizing the principles of a living organism and is minimally dependent on outside materials to meet the needs of the land.
The original 15 acres of Pinot Noir were planted in 1994 and in 2019 we added an additional nine acres of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The vineyard has a very gentle southwest-facing slope and Woodburn, Jory & Nekia soils, which are deep and well-drained.
Pale salmon in color, the nose of this fresh and elegant sparkling wine opens with aromas of cherry blossoms, powdered sugar, ripe pear and concentrated strawberries. Flavors of ripe cranberries, lychee, lime and honeysuckle are carried by an energetic palate with an elegant structure, persistent length and balancing acidity for a zesty finish.
