Domaine Willamette in the Dundee Hills
Domaine Willamette is Oregon’s first sparkling wine facility that produces world-class méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines with an underground aging cellar at the biodynamically-farmed Bernau Estate Vineyard. The winery offers Oregon-inspired hospitality with wine and food pairings, stunning views, educational tours and beautiful gardens overlooking the Dundee Hills.

Reservations are encouraged for your visit to Domaine Willamette. Walk-ins are welcome for groups of one to six. Join us for winery tours, wine and food pairing experiences and special wine events.
You’ll find open seating on our patio during warmer weather months; dogs are always welcome outdoors on a leash. Outdoor service is limited to wine by the glass or bottle and food items from our Patio Menu. These may be ordered at an indoor bar and then enjoyed on the patio.
Please call the winery if you are running late. Tables will be held up to 15 minutes after your expected arrival time.

Tasting Experience
Immerse yourself in wine country by choosing from any of our curated flights. Taking inspiration from the characteristics of our wines, Our executive Winery Chef has prepared a selection of Willamette Cuisine that pairs perfectly with our wines.
VIP Walking Tour
This expansive tour and tasting of the winery is approximately 90 minutes and will give your party insight into sparkling winemaking and biodynamic farming on the property, as well as stories of how this property came to life.
Private Pairings Experience
Experience a personalized tasting curated by Chef Zach, where seasonal and local ingredients take center stage. Join us for an intimate private pairings experience and immerse yourself in a culinary adventure.
Sabering Experience
Join one of our knowledgeable Winery Ambassadors for a tour focused on sparkling wine, followed by a sabering technique class and the chance to saber a bottle of your own!
Fireside Tasting
Join us for a cozy “Fireside Tasting,” where you’ll indulge in a carefully curated flight of four exquisite wines, all while nestled by the warmth of the fireplace.
Blind Tasting
Step into the mystery of wine with our intriguing “Blind Tasting,” where you’ll savor a curated four-wine flight poured discreetly in the atmospheric Remuage room of our cellar.

Women in Wine Open House
April 5, 2025
Join us for an afternoon celebrating women in the Pacific Northwest wine industry. Your ticket includes a curated flight of wines and food pairings. Attendees who purchase the featured book will also receive a $15 bottle credit, redeemable at the event. Special guests featured in the book include Domaine Willamette Founder Jan Bernau, Oregon wine pioneer Betty O’Brien, and Pambrun Vineyard Manager Sadie Drury.
Bees and Wine Walking Tour
April 12, 2025
Celebrate all things bees in the heart of wine country at Domaine Willamette’s Bee Tour & Tasting. Your tour will take you through Bernau Estate Vineyard, where you’ll learn about our mason bee program and how it encourages sustainable growing practices. Enjoy a flight of four wines on the tour and a honey-themed cheese plate. Tickets are $55 per person or $45 for Members and Owners and include a $25 bottle credit to use at the event.
Sparkling Easter Brunch

Join us for a Sparkling Easter Brunch at Domaine Willamette on Sunday, April 20th. Our Culinary team is creating an incredible bunch menu to complement our newly released 2021 Domaine Willamette Brut & Brut Rosé. A $10 deposit per person is required when booking and will be credited toward bottle purchases upon your arrival. Each party will receive complimentary pastries for the table, and a special brunch menu will be available for purchase.
