If we require more than a reasonable amount of time, we will inform you of the reason in writing. No fee will be issued to the request unless the verifiable request is deemed as excessive, repetitive or unfounded by Domaine Willamette’s leadership. Should this scenario arise, the consumer will be notified and, if deemed appropriate by the leadership of Domaine Willamette, provide an estimate of the costs associated with the request before completing any work related to the consumer request.

Please note, we will in no way discriminate against a customer for exercising any of the rights granted to them through the CCPA.
VII. Website Use by Children:
This website is intended for use by users over the age of 21. Users seeking to purchase Alcoholic products from our website must be 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any contact information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we determine that an individual has submitted personal contact information without verifiable parental consent, we will work to immediately remove said information from our files.
