Crafted using méthode traditionnelle and biodynamically-farmed fruit from our estate vineyards, Domaine Willamette sparkling wines spend years resting on their lees before our winemaker releases them for your enjoyment.
Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Brut is crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using méthode traditionnelle where the wine goes through secondary fermentation in this bottle. It’s then aged on its lees for 30 months to develop complexity while preserving vibrancy before disgorgement.

Enjoy with a celebratory toast or at the start of the meal. A juicy palate with notes of vanilla scone, honeysuckle and quince. The creamy and elegant structure, round mouthfeel and bright acidity combine for a graceful finish.
Named in honor of our Founder Jim Bernau, Bernau Estate Vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills and is home to our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine facility, which opened in 2022. The vines at Bernau Estate Vineyard are farmed using biodynamic techniques, with plans to apply for a Demeter certification in 2023.
Biodynamic farming uses sustainable, organic practices, including composting and the use of special preparations, to holistically promote the soil’s long-term health. It involves managing a farm utilizing the principles of a living organism and is minimally dependent on outside materials to meet the needs of the land.
The original 15 acres of Pinot Noir were planted in 1994 and in 2019 we added an additional nine acres of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The vineyard has a very gentle southwest-facing slope and mostly Woodburn soils, which are dark brown in color, deep and well-drained.
A fresh and elegant sparkling rosé with soft pink and peach colors, a fine and persistent mousse and aromas of rose petal, persimmon and shortbread. Delicate flavors of strawberry and honeydew with ample citrus notes are carried on the palate by a creamy texture, elegant structure, persistent length and balancing acidity for a zesty finish.
